Copyright Amendment Bill Returns to Parliament

The Copyright Amendment Bill is not yet law. Following the Constitutional Court’s judgment, the Bill must return to Parliament for further consideration. MPASA outlines the ruling, the remaining concerns and what the process means for publishers and creators.
